To speed up the brining process and to make sure that all the flavors get into the structure of meat and poultry, a special Grate Goods injector is available. This allows you to distribute the brine quickly and easily over your product.

Instructions

Pour the desired amount of AllBrine Ready into a bowl or cup to prevent cross-contamination.

Step 1:

Shake allbrine & fill injector

Step 2:

Inject & pull back slowly

Step 3:

Repeat every 2 cm (up to 20% of the product weight)
