Rootin Tootin Red Cajun Seasoning was developed with inspiration from Louisiana and The Bayou and great for Blackened Fish and Luscious Chicken Thighs. Add to Cajun dishes such as Dirty Rice or Gumbo, it also makes a bombastic fantastic Fried Chicken Seasoning. You heard it here first!

Use our Red Cajun Seasoning to marinade meat, fish, and vegetables. Apply rub to a moist surface at least 1 hour before cooking and allow to soak in, use some olive oil if required. Best cooked away from direct heat to avoid over charring.
Apply an even coating, us at approx. 3-5% meat weight.
